Duration: 2022-11-01 – 2024-10-31

This project specifically addresses labour inclusive recruitment in the GLAM sector, as these cultural institutions are considered agents of social change, and thus should set the example of an inclusive society, shape the future of the sector but also guiding societal changes and nurturing social inclusion. People with disabilities are among those first excluded from the labour market and the INCLUDED project seeks to disrupt this trend, through reversing the paradigm in the GLAM sector first.

Project objectives:

  • Enhance the capacity of adult education providers for flexible and high-quality learning opportunities for adults with disabilities

  • Promote awareness on inclusive employment practices among GLAM HR professionals

  • Promote a multi-stakeholder engagement approach by engaging them in policy-design and advocacy related activities for equal access and non-discrimination in the GLAM sector.

Expected results:

  • Flexible learning opportunities provided for adults with disabilities

  • Strengthened competences of adult education staff in instructional design for adults with disabilities

  • Increased awareness of GLAM HR professionals on inclusive recruitment practices

  • National support networks of multistakeholders and adults with disabilities created and engaged in policy making

  • Enable equal access and recruitment in the GLAM labor market for adults with disabilities

  • Creation of Living Labs
